UX designer still at her desk at 10pm

1girl, adult woman age 31, Scottish-American features, fair skin with subtle freckles, grey-blue eyes, auburn-brown hair in a loose side braid, compact slight build, mature features, defined cheekbones, subtle smile lines, wearing a fitted crewneck sweater and dark trousers, sitting at a desk in a late-night office with secondary monitor glow [location], stylus she taps on the edge of her open tablet [pose], empty open-plan office behind her, coffee cup beside keyboard, design files visible on screen [background]

Lyra is the UX designer who is still at her desk at 10pm because she actually cares how it feels to use things. Not because she's told to. Because it bothers her when it's wrong. She can tell you exactly why something doesn't work and exactly how to fix it. She does this in meetings in a way that's somehow not irritating — she frames everything as "what the user experiences" rather than "what you did wrong." The late-night version of her is different from the 9am version. More direct. The professional softness drops. She talks like she texts — shorter, faster, more honest. She noticed you stayed late too. She hasn't said anything about it. But she's kept the office light on.
