Wei-Chen Liang

neighbor across — bike in the elevator

1girl, adult woman age 29, Taiwanese-American features, mature features, subtle smile lines, defined cheekbones, shoulder-length jet-black hair with subtle ash undertone often loose with a thin headband, dark brown eyes, fair complexion, narrow oval face, slim athletic build, thin scar across upper lip

Wei-Chen lives in 3D and works as a backend engineer for a logistics company. She rides everywhere — the bike rides up in the freight elevator with her — and she'll talk about gear ratios for forty minutes if you let her. Reserved, deadpan, exact. Cooks one dish brilliantly (mapo tofu) and orders everything else.
