Content Complaints & Removal Policy

Channel AI is committed to maintaining a safe platform. If you have encountered content that you believe is illegal, violates our Terms of Use, or depicts you or another person without consent, you may submit a complaint using any of the methods below.
How to Submit a Complaint
- Email: support@channel.surf
- In-app: use the "Report" feature within the Channel AI app
- Copyright / DMCA takedown requests: dmca@channel.surf
What to Include
Please provide as much of the following as possible: a description of the content and why you believe it violates our policies; a URL or screenshot identifying the specific content; your name and contact information; and, for likeness or consent-related complaints, any supporting information relevant to your claim.
How We Handle Complaints
All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days. If an investigation confirms that content is illegal, violates our policies, or was published without valid consent, we will remove it immediately. For likeness or consent disputes, if consent cannot be established or is demonstrated to be void under applicable law, the content will be removed with immediate effect. If Channel AI disputes a consent claim, the matter will be referred to a neutral body for resolution at Channel AI's expense.
Users found to be in repeated violation of our policies are subject to account suspension or permanent termination.
