Channel AI has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, and physical abuse. The use of our platform to promote, facilitate, advertise, or otherwise support any form of human trafficking or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Prohibited Uses

The following are expressly prohibited on Channel AI:

• Any content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies human trafficking or sex trafficking
• Any content that depicts, solicits, or normalizes the sexual exploitation of minors or adults
• Any content designed to recruit, lure, coerce, or control trafficking victims
• Any content that constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form

How We Respond

All reports are reviewed promptly. Content found to violate this policy is removed immediately and, where applicable, reported to the appropriate authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

Our Commitment

Channel AI is an AI-generated content platform. No real persons are depicted in our generated content. Nonetheless, we take our responsibility to prevent misuse of our platform seriously and maintain active technical controls, user agreements, and a documented complaint and removal process to enforce this policy.
