Channel AI is a purely AI-generated content platform. All visual content accessible on channelai.ai and/or any of our online channels, affiliated websites, products, or services, including all content contained therein ("Services"), is created exclusively through artificial intelligence technology in response to user text prompts. No real human beings are depicted or portrayed in any images, videos, or other visual material available on our Services. Any visual depictions that may be sexual in nature are not performances by real persons, but are entirely AI-generated outputs.

Because no real persons are depicted in the visual content on our Services, the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. 2257) is not applicable.

As Channel AI does not produce content depicting real persons, no records are maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257. To the extent a custodian of records address is required, correspondence may be directed to: [Address pending], Attn: Records Custodian.
